Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the American Helix website, reference standards, procurement services, supply tier enrollments, notifications, affiliate programs, and other services provided through our platform.

01 Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the American Helix website located at americanhelixpeptides.com and all related reference standards, procurement services, features, communications, and transactions. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing a procurement order, enrolling in a supply tier, or submitting information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Damaged Shipment and Replacement Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or procure reference standards through it. By placing a procurement order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, understand that the reference standards are for laboratory research purposes only (not for human or animal consumption), and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You further acknowledge that these products are not approved by the FDA and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

02 Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place a procurement order or use paid services. By using the website, you represent that:
  • The information you provide is complete, current, and accurate.
  • You are legally permitted to procure, possess, receive, and use the selected reference standard in your jurisdiction.
  • You will comply with all laws, regulations, professional requirements, and institutional rules applicable to your procurement and intended use.
  • You will not procure a reference standard on behalf of an unauthorized person or for an unlawful purpose.
  • You will review all product labels, restrictions, storage directions, and handling documentation before completing your procurement.
We may request age, identity, business, professional, institutional, licensing, or research-account verification before accepting a procurement order.

03 Reference Standard Classification and Lawful Use

Reference standards and research compounds offered through American Helix may have different intended uses, classifications, restrictions, and regulatory requirements. The product description and label applicable to each item must be reviewed before procurement and use. Where an item is labeled “Research Use Only,” “Laboratory Use Only,” or “Not for Human or Veterinary Use,” you agree that:
  • The item will be used only for legitimate, lawful, controlled laboratory or analytical purposes.
  • It will not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to a person, administered to an animal, or used for diagnosis or treatment.
  • It will not be resold, relabeled, compounded, prescribed, administered, or promoted as a consumer medicine.
  • It will be handled only by appropriately trained and qualified individuals using suitable facilities and procedures.
  • You are responsible for storage, handling, disposal, documentation, and compliance after delivery.
Certain reference standards may be restricted to licensed pharmacies, healthcare professionals, institutions, laboratories, businesses, or other qualified purchasers. Product availability does not constitute a representation that an item may lawfully be procured or used in every jurisdiction.
American Helix may refuse, restrict, hold, or cancel any procurement order when verification is incomplete or when fulfillment may violate applicable law, product restrictions, payment-provider requirements, or company compliance standards.

04 No Medical Advice

Website content is provided for general informational, commercial, or research-related purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, or substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Product descriptions, articles, educational materials, feedback, reviews, graphics, videos, or research summaries do not guarantee any particular result and should not be used to make personal medical or treatment decisions. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of content displayed on this website.

05 Reference Standard Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, strengths, quantities, images, descriptions, packaging, availability, pricing, and other information accurately. However, website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, outdated information, or differences from final packaging. Product images are provided for presentation purposes. Packaging, colors, labels, seals, dimensions, and minor design details may differ from the reference standard delivered. We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, discontinue items, modify packaging, or cancel affected procurement orders at any time. Placing an item in your cart, joining a waitlist, or receiving a back-in-stock notification does not reserve or guarantee inventory.

06 Certificates of Analysis

Where available, a Certificate of Analysis or other batch document may be displayed or made accessible for product-verification purposes. Certificates generally relate only to the identified sample, batch, lot, test date, laboratory, and testing methods shown in the document. They should not be interpreted as:
  • A medical recommendation or treatment approval.
  • A guarantee of suitability for a specific application.
  • A guarantee of personal safety or effectiveness.
  • Regulatory approval by the FDA or another government agency.
  • A substitute for independent testing or professional judgment.
Certificates displayed through the website may be view-only and may not be available for direct download.

07 Procurement Orders and Acceptance

Submitting a procurement order is an offer to procure the selected reference standards. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A procurement order is accepted when we approve payment, complete any required verification, and begin fulfillment or dispatch. We reserve the right to reject, hold, limit, or cancel a procurement order because of:
  • Inventory limitations or product discontinuation.
  • Pricing, description, or technical errors.
  • Failed, reversed, disputed, or suspicious payments.
  • Incomplete client, shipping, or verification information.
  • Suspected fraud, misuse, diversion, resale, or unlawful activity.
  • Geographic, regulatory, carrier, or payment-provider restrictions.
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If we cancel a procurement order after payment has been collected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

08 Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during procurement and may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect a procurement order already accepted by us. You are responsible for applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, customs charges, shipping fees, payment-provider fees, and other charges shown during procurement or imposed by an authority. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The billing information provided is accurate.
  • We and our payment providers may process the authorized transaction.
  • Fraud-prevention and identity-verification checks may be performed.
Procurement orders may be held or cancelled when payment authorization is declined, reversed, flagged, or otherwise unsuccessful.

09 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular delivery date is guaranteed. Processing and delivery may be affected by inventory, address verification, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, security reviews, and events beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins. When a shipping delay occurs, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created. Creation of a label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package. Risk of loss and title will transfer according to applicable law and the shipping terms presented during procurement.

10 No Refunds

There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances because these are chemical compounds used for research purposes only. Once you make the purchase of the product in question, you are verifying under penalty of perjury that you are purchasing the products for research purposes (and not for human consumption) and agree that this product is not subject to a refund. If you believe the product is defective or damaged, please email info@americanhelixpeptides and you will be provided instructions to return the products and American Helix Peptides will replace the defective or damaged product in question upon review and acceptance of the same by American Helix Peptides.

11 Supply Tier Enrollment and Automatic Renewals

When you enroll in a recurring supply tier, the procurement page will display the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal term, included benefits, minimum commitment, trial or promotional period, and cancellation terms. By affirmatively accepting a recurring enrollment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method at the stated frequency until the enrollment is cancelled. After enrollment, we may send an electronic acknowledgment containing the recurring terms and cancellation instructions. Unless otherwise stated:
  • The enrollment automatically renews until cancelled.
  • Cancellation applies to future renewal charges and does not normally reverse a procurement order or charge already processed.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable for a partially used billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • Changes to fees or material terms will be communicated as required before taking effect.
  • Reference standard availability, discounts, and tier benefits may be subject to separate conditions and inventory limits.

How to Cancel

You may request cancellation using the online cancellation option provided with your enrollment or by sending an email using the button below: Cancel My Enrollment
A cancellation is complete after it is processed and confirmed. Submit the request before the next billing date to avoid an additional renewal charge.

12 Back-in-Stock and Service Notifications

When you subscribe to a back-in-stock alert, we may use your email address or telephone number to notify you when the selected reference standard becomes available. The notification may include a product-page link, procurement link, product name, image, or availability information. A notification does not reserve inventory, guarantee availability, guarantee price, or create an obligation for us to sell the reference standard. You may unsubscribe using an available unsubscribe option or by contacting our technical support team.

13 Affiliate and Referral Program Compliance

Participation in an affiliate, referral, ambassador, wholesale, or promotional program may be governed by additional program-specific terms. Participants must not:
  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about reference standards.
  • Represent themselves as an employee, healthcare provider, spokesperson, or legal representative of American Helix.
  • Use spam, deceptive advertisements, misleading domains, or unauthorized paid keywords.
  • Promote unlawful, unsafe, medical, dosing, injection, bodybuilding, weight-loss, disease-treatment, or human-use claims for restricted research products.
  • Misuse discount codes, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent procurement orders.
We may withhold commissions, reverse referral credit, suspend access, or terminate participation when fraud, abuse, policy violations, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or unlawful promotion occurs.

14 Feedback and User Content

When you submit feedback, quality review, image, comment, question, or other content, you confirm that the content:
  • Is truthful and based on your genuine procurement or quality experience.
  • Does not violate another person’s rights.
  • Does not contain confidential or sensitive information.
  • Does not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, or abusive material.
  • Does not contain unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims.
  • Does not contain spam, malware, or deceptive promotional content.
You grant American Helix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use submitted content for operating and promoting our website, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

15 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the website or our reference standards to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Commit fraud, identity theft, or payment abuse.
  • Procure or divert reference standards for an unauthorized use.
  • Submit false client, professional, or shipping information.
  • Interfere with website security or functionality.
  • Introduce malware, automated scraping tools, or harmful code.
  • Access another person’s account without authorization.
  • Copy, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content.
  • Misrepresent the source, approval status, testing, handling, or intended use of a reference standard.
  • Resell restricted reference standards without all required licenses and written authorization.

16 Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including text, product descriptions, graphics, packaging designs, logos, icons, videos, photographs, layouts, code, and branding—are owned by or licensed to American Helix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission.

17 Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate or link to payment processors, shipping carriers, tracking services, laboratories, social networks, analytics services, and other third-party platforms. Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, decisions, delays, or independent conduct. A link or integration does not necessarily mean that American Helix endorses every statement, service, or practice of the third party.

18 Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the American Helix Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy, subject to applicable privacy law and consent requirements.

19 Website and Reference Standard Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that:
  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Every reference standard will remain available.
  • Every description will be free from minor errors.
  • A reference standard will be suitable for every intended application.
  • Website information will produce a particular result.
  • Third-party services will operate without delay or interruption.
Any express product warranty will be limited to the warranty expressly stated in writing for that reference standard. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, American Helix and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reference standards. This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, business, goodwill, research materials, or anticipated results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular procurement order will not exceed the amount you paid directly to American Helix for the reference standard or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any applicable rights concerning fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or statutory client protection.

21 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Helix and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
  • Your material violation of these terms.
  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of a reference standard.
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights.
  • Your fraudulent, negligent, or intentionally harmful conduct.
  • Your resale, relabeling, administration, promotion, storage, handling, or distribution of a reference standard after delivery.

22 Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, supply shortages, labor disputes, government actions, customs delays, cyber incidents, utility failures, public-health emergencies, or transportation disruptions. This section does not remove any cancellation, delay-notice, refund, or client right required by applicable law.

23 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, reject future procurement orders, cancel program participation, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe that:
  • These Terms and Conditions have been violated.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred.
  • Website systems, clients, or third parties may be at risk.
  • Payment disputes or abusive conduct are repeatedly occurring.
  • Continued service may violate law or provider requirements.
Provisions that logically should continue after termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.

24 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and American Helix agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written communication. Subject to applicable client rights and jurisdictional requirements, legal proceedings may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process where legally available.

25 General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable reference standard or program terms, form the agreement between you and American Helix concerning the website and related services.

Severability

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

No Refunds

There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances because these are chemical compounds used for research purposes only. Once you make the purchase of the product in question, you are verifying under penalty of perjury that you have reviewed the COA for the product you are purchasing and agree that this product is not subject to a refund.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of business.

Electronic Communications

You agree that notices, confirmations, disclosures, and records may be provided electronically where permitted by law.

26 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our reference standards, procurement services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice by email, account notification, checkout disclosure, or website banner. Material changes to an existing recurring supply tier enrollment will be communicated and handled according to applicable law.
